Questions we hear
How do we get a quote?
Leave your details or call us. We’ll discuss your restaurant, menu and equipment, then prepare a written quote showing what you are ordering.
Do we need new equipment?
Not necessarily. Jooule can use compatible Windows PCs, Android devices and printers you already own. We’ll review your equipment during setup and identify anything needed in the quote.
What will the quote cover?
Your quote sets out the software subscription, setup and equipment you need, along with any services quoted separately. Your written order confirms the scope, price and terms.
What happens if we leave?
Service is month to month, with the cancellation terms in your written order. You can request a file export of your restaurant’s data.
