The details drivers need, in order
See the full address, amount to collect, delivery instructions and customer details. Orders needing payment are clearly marked; paid orders show no amount to collect.

Delivered and paid, one tap
For an unpaid order, the driver confirms whether payment was taken in cash or on a card terminal. Jooule records the delivery and payment together under that driver’s name.

Named delivery areas
Set a delivery fee, order minimum and estimated time for each named area. Guests choose their area from a list, and its fee is applied to the order.
Questions we hear
Do drivers need an app?
Drivers can use the Android app or their phone’s browser. “Navigate” opens the delivery address in Waze.
Is there live tracking?
No. No GPS tracking and no auto-dispatch; drivers take deliveries from the board.
Does it send DoorDash or Uber drivers?
No. This board is for your own drivers.
