Seat by seat, round by round
Pick a seat once and the next taps go to it. Every round is stamped when it’s sent, and a sent dish opens to “Again,” quantity, discount or remove.

Hear the call, even with the screen off
The Android app alerts servers when food is ready or a table calls, even with the screen off. When a browser blocks sound, an on-screen message makes that clear.

A table’s tip goes to whoever worked it
One tip per check. If you choose, a table’s tip is split among the servers who marked themselves on it; tips from tables nobody marked go to the pool by hours.

Which devices does it run on?
Use our app on a compatible Android phone or tablet, or open Jooule in a browser. There is no dedicated iPhone app.
What happens to dishes that weren’t sent when the server walks away?
The draft stays on that device, linked to its table, for up to 12 hours. The server can return to it and continue before sending it to the kitchen.
Can servers take payment at the table?
Yes, on the register’s own payment screen: cash, or the card machine you already run — recorded once it goes through — and split by seat.
